Make a mixture of mild soap and warm water in a bucket.Use a clean cloth to wipe the soapy mixture onto the surfaces of your furniture, cleaning off any dirt.For extra cleaning power, mix 1/3 bleach and 2/3 water.Apply bleach mixture to furniture with a clean cloth and allow it to sit on the lumber for a few minutes (this will not affect the color).Loosen any dirt and debris that may catch in the surface grooves of the lumber by scrubbing the bleach mixture with a soft-bristle brush.Rinse thoroughly in order to avoid any soap and bleach residue to remain on the material.Important: Do not use a high pressure cleaner. The entire collection is also cleaned with alcohol after each visit. What is your furniture made of and how is that done? All our furniture is made from recycled plastic (HDPE). This is the material that, for example, the 2 liter milk tanks, detergent bottles or fabric softener bottles are made of, which you buy in the supermarket. This material is sorted, separated by color, cleaned and ground into a granulate. Then dye and UV-resistant are mixed into the granulate, the mixture is heated and mixed, so that a paste is created that is colored through-and-through. This paste is pressed into planks that are sawn into various sizes and shapes. The planks are carefully sanded so that the edges are nicely finished. Holes are then drilled in the correct positions and the seat and backrest are mounted. You can also check out the page material & care for more information. All the screws are made of stainless steel. How are the furniture packed? All our furniture is packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Where do your furniture come from? Our entire collection consists of furniture that is directly imported from carefully selected Canadian and American suppliers. So we only have the original versions and no products from other regions in the world. The reason for this is that we want to offer you the originals and also to ensure that the materials are made of recycled plastic with traceable origin. How long will it take before I receive my furniture? As soon as we have received your order, we will get started. Your order is collected in the warehouse and passed on to Transmission. They pick up the order and bring it to you. You will receive a Track & Trace code via separate mail so that you can track your order. Normally your order will be delivered to you in a matter of days. Do I have to assemble a lot myself? Most of our furniture is already pre-assembled. For example, the backrest and seat of the chairs are already fully assembled, because that is a lot of slats (a lot of precise work) and must be done carefully so that everything is nicely straight and tight. You only have to assemble the armrests and the front legs yourself. This is simple and requires little technical knowledge. Normally you assemble a chair in about 10-20 min. How can I pay? They are very comfortable, they are solidly made (so solid that I can barely lift them) and they look well. Assembly of the chairs definitely requires two people as it can be a little bit awkward to put together at first. The first chair took us an hour to assemble, but once we knew what we were doing, the second chair took us 20 minutes to put together. Our furniture assembly experience in the past was limited to IKEA, so our initial slow time may simply be a reflection of this. These chairs were ordered during the Coronavirus outbreak, as such the delivery was delayed. However, despite this, Paul kept us well informed on the progress of the shipment. He was very honest and provided excellent customer service. My husband and I love these chairs. Due to the Corona crisis, he had some time and in an hour and with good tools we had two beautiful chairs outside. No, this kit is far too difficult for really clumsy people. Everything well packed, clear manual and assembling is relatively easy. A tip (it has been mentioned before in other reviews): do not use a cordless screwdriver, but a hand screwdriver, making it a bit easier to 'find' the pre-drilled screw holes. Once assembled, the seats are firmly put together - and look really great, I didn't expect recycled plastic to look so nice. And the sitting position in the chair is phenomenal! Unfortunately, the wrong cushions were initially delivered - but after an email to Paul that was solved perfectly, and the correct cushions were already received on Friday and the old ones can be handed over with the transporter. Door een kleine miscommunicatie zat het tafeltje er niet bij. Maar dit werd correct en zeer snel opgelost. De stoelen zitten snel in elkaar. Met 15 minuten staat de stoel klaar voor gebruik. Zitcomfort is geweldig! De stoelen zijn robuust en voelen stevig aan. Als de stoelen in de zon staan voelt het plastic wel wat "buigzamer " aan. We zijn benieuwd hoe zich dat gaat houden op lange termijn. Maar op dit moment lijken de stoelen zo goed en stevig dat ze een heel lang leven zullen hebben! ∙ Geschrieben von M. Na bestelling binnen paar dagen ontvangen. Bezorger zette ze netjes in de garage. Was even dingetje om ze in elkaar te zetten omdat het geen kruiskop of gewone schroeven zijn. Eindresultaat is mooi al zie je hier en daar een heel klein kunststof “draadje” zitten dat waarschijnlijk bij het verwijderen van de warme mal is uitgetrokken. Althans, zo stel ik me dat voor. Ze zitten prima, zoals we gewend zijn als we in Canada zijn. Familie daar heeft ze ook, zowel red cedar (hout) als kunststof maar deze zijn mooier. Dit kunststof is glad en ziet eruit als hout, maar heeft het onderhoud van hout gelukkig niet nodig. Mooie stoelen (de LeisureLine serie), ook onze kleur was er (antraciet of charcoal) en helemaal niet zo duur als je ze vergelijkt met de andere merken. Is dit wel goed ga je dan denken, dus eerst even bellen en horen. Toch nog steeds twijfel, dan maar een afspraak maken om te komen kijken, en dat was helemaal geen probleem. Dus op zaterdagmorgen in de auto gestapt en naar Berlicum gereden (voor ons 175km). We werden ontvangen met koffie en gevulde koeken en het mooie verhaal hoe de zaak ontstaan was. Verder is er daar de mogelijkheid om het hele assortiment te bekijken en uit te proberen. Wij vonden de LeisureLine stoelen echt fantastisch, de rugleuning is mooi van hoogte, de zit is perfect en ze zijn behoorlijk stevig. Twee dagen na de bestelling hadden we ze in huis, gelijk uitgepakt, de tekening goed gelezen, juiste gereedschap erbij gepakt (schroefbitjes, accu boorschroevedraaier zijn geen overbodige luxe) en de stoelen zaten in mum van tijd in elkaar. Nu na een maand en het vele mooie weer hebben we er al vele uurtjes op gezeten en missen we het voetenbankje voor het ultieme comfort, dus die moeten er ook maar bij komen. En ook die zijn weer van hetzelfde materiaal als de stoelen. Geweldig toch. Je hoeft alleen 'smorgens even de stoel te drogen en je kan er al weer gebruik van maken. Weinig onderhoud dus. Le repose-pied apporte un réel confort pour les jambes et permet une position plus chaise-longue même si le fauteuil est par lui-même confortable mais pour une positon plus dynamique dans ce cas.Très pratique aussi les larges accoudoirs pour poser un verre par exemple. Attention il est costaud donc lourd et assez encombrant ; une fois qu'on lui a donné une place, on la lui laisse car il ne se déplace pas si facilement. Pour le coussin que je n'ai pas acheté, car aucune couleur ne me convenait vraiment, je pense qu'il n'est pas forcément indispensable tel que proposé (dos et assise) par contre un appuie-tête pourrait être judicieux à prévoir pour reposer les cervicales....
